    I ordered the 28 cm and receive the 38 cm, so it was the wrong size, but this size issue does not fit into your criteria for an exchange or refund. There are also some permanent creases from manufacturing on one side, though again, they don't qualify as major issues for your return or refund criteria. This is why I give it only four stars. I knew I was taking a risk when I ordered it and my low expectations were met when I saw that I was sent the wrong size. Small bags are so popular now, you're obviously trying to off-load some of the larger ones that are not being ordered. I'm unhappy that I was one of the victims of this strategy, but again there's nothing I can do about it.
