Is shipping free, and where do you ship?
Yes — every order ships free with tracked, insured shipping, no minimum spend. We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and selected countries in Europe and Latin America. Available countries are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday) and spend 7–9 business days in transit, so most arrive within 8–12 business days of being placed. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Will I pay any taxes or customs fees?
No. Our prices include taxes and import duties, so nothing is added at checkout and there are no customs fees to pay on delivery.
Can I return it if it’s not right for me?
Yes. Unused items with original tags and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping is paid by the customer. Email hello@laluva.com with your order number to start.
What if my bag arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — at hello@laluva.com with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of ordering (a 10% cancellation fee applies). Address changes are usually possible within 24 hours. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment.
