What We Accept for Returns & Refunds

We offer full refunds and returns for bags that have:

  • Major manufacturing defects that significantly impact the bag’s functionality or overall appearance
  • Substantial damage that affects the bag’s structural integrity or aesthetic appeal
  • Significant quality issues that compromise the product’s intended use

What We Do Not Accept for Returns & Refunds

To maintain fair pricing and quality standards, we cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if item is unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility. Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
  • Minor product imperfections such as small scratches, slight color variations, or minor stitching irregularities that don’t affect functionality
  • Natural material characteristics including leather grain variations, texture differences, or natural marks
  • Initial odors from new materials (these typically dissipate within a few days of use)
  • Personal preference changes regarding style, color, or size after purchase
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

Time-Sensitive Policies
Address Changes & Reshipping

  • Within 24 hours : We can accommodate address changes or resend to correct addresses at no additional cost
  • ⁠After 24 hours : Orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be redirected

Order Cancellations

  • Within 12 hours: Full refund available for order cancellations (deduction 10%)
  • After 12 hours: Orders are processed by our packaging and shipping teams and cannot be cancelled

Return Process for Defective Items

If you receive a bag with major defects, please follow these steps:

1.⁠ ⁠Contact us immediately at hello@laluva.com with your order number
2.⁠ ⁠Provide detailed photos showing:
•⁠  ⁠The defective area(s) from multiple angles
•⁠  ⁠Complete product packaging and labels
•⁠  ⁠Clear, well-lit images that demonstrate the issue
3.⁠ ⁠Await approval - Our quality team will review your submission within 24-48 hours
4.⁠ ⁠Return shipping - We’ll provide a prepaid return label for approved returns

Processing Timeline

  • ⁠Photo review: 24-48 hours
  • Return processing: 3-5 business days after we receive the itemRefund completion: 5-7 business days to your original payment method
